Entering its 28th season, the Sam Smith School of Dance offers an incredibly balanced philosophy to dance instruction where proper dance technique and discipline are taught in a fun, warm, and nurturing atmosphere. We offer dance classes for all ages and levels. Through and through, the Sam Smith School of Dance lives up to its motto: A studio where the student gains self-esteem through the ability to dance!

Spirit Week

Let’s enjoy a fun and festive week of dance with the following themes:

Monday – wear an old dance costume (or we have some available at the studio)

Tuesday – crazy accessory day (socks, hats, gloves, etc.)

Wednesday – wear all your “Sam Smith” purple

Thursday – sports/jersey day

Saturday – pajama and favorite stuffed animal day

Parents/guardians are invited to join us for an observation week from Monday 4/24/23 – Saturday 4/29/23. During this week, you will see your child’s progress and get a preview of their recital routine. Additionally, costumes should be brought to the studio and worn during class time. Teachers will review detailed instructions for the costumes to ensure everyone is prepared for picture day in May! Lastly, in preparation for ticket sales in May, ticket purchasing time slots are picked during this week. Stop at the desk and select your time slot!
